How many years have you been in business?

We are a Federally incorporated commercial cleaning services provider since 2018

What cities are in your service area?

Toronto, GTA. Please discuss with us to understand the service areas further.

How often do you clean?

We specialize in renewable, annual contracts requiring daily cleaning services along with special quarterly, half-yearly maintenance services.

Can you clean entire buildings or multiple buildings?

Yes, that is what we specialize in. We have been servicing multiple buildings of same management buildings.

Can you clean after special events?

Yes, we do. At the time of contracting, a preferred work rate is included, for these special requests, should you need to use this additional service, we offer so with 72 hours’ notice in advance as will be clearly explained in your contract.

How do we get started with ULS commercial janitorial services?

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

No, we need to do a thorough walk-through with you, review your scopes of works and service hours before estimating the cost of service.

Do I pay for an estimate?

No, we offer this free to our prospects.

What is the cost for your cleaning services?

We can estimate this post a detailed walk-through with you, at site.

Can I receive a discount for agreeing to a maintenance contract?

We will be very happy to discuss this in person with you. We do not promise cheaper services or under bidding other cleaning services providers, we offer you quality services with long term relationship.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

We usually do annual contracts, renewable 3-5 years. Should you have any separate needs, feel free to discuss with us, we will be happy to customize an offer for you.

Can you handle monthly invoicing and billing?

Yes, our accounting team generates invoices as per the terms of your contract, and send it to your officially registered email address on our records.

Will the changeover from our previous contractor be smooth?

Yes, we guarantee that to you. We have processes and communication in place alongside personal management of the transition 1 day before and 1 day after of the contract start date.

Do you guarantee your work?

Our President commits her personal site inspection, to all our contracted sites, 365 days a year. She is a trustworthy, reputed luxury hotel operations executive.

What is your cancellation policy?

Mutually agreed contract cancellation clauses will be discussed and added to your customized contract.

How do I know that I can trust your services?

Please feel free to ask us for references, and we will be happy to share with you the information.

What are your payment options?

As will be mutually agreed upon at the time contracting stage.

Do you have business liability insurance?

Yes, we carry $ 1 Million property liability insurance. Should you want to discuss anything further, please feel free to let us know.

Who is your insurance provider?

Are your employees screened with background checks?

Yes, we use third party Triton background & criminal check process for each employee.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

At the time of contracting, we discuss this and mutually agree upon. We are able to support your operations either by us or by you supplying cleaning supplies or

Does offer green services?

We follow all standards laid out by Green Clean GS 42, and are waiting to receive our certification. Our range of cleaning supplies will vary upon your choices, as we offer Eco friendly product option.

Do you have regular supervisor inspections?

Your site qualifies for our President’ daily personal inspection (see above).

Depending on your scope of works, as per the contract we also assign supervisor for your site.

Do you have a current clearance certificate from WSIB?

Yes, we do.

Does your staff understand English?

Yes, our recruitment criteria consider spoken English as a mandatory skill set.

Will we always have the same cleaner?

It depends on the scopes of works, time and day of the week. We try to keep staff schedule consistent.

How do you maintain worksite quality?

Our President personally does the final walkthrough of site, at the time of contracting. Following this, we create a customized scope of work sheet specific for each site and then checklists are created for staff’ training at site for 21 days of beginning the contract.

We don’t assume an experienced staff recruited will perform your site’ specific work expectations without training and supervision in the first 21 days.

We also maintain Material Safety Data Sheet for each cleaning supplies as a Public health mandate.

What steps are taken to safeguard our building security?

We strictly follow the policies laid out by building management and train every team member at site. This includes inclusion of keys/cards entry register, security checks at the beginning and end of shifts, data confidentiality, as required by building.

Can we contact you outside office hours in case of an emergency?

Yes, for each site a complete FAQ sheet that includes emergency contact details are posted in clearly visible areas of the back of the house for ease of access. Same will be added in your contract.
